Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 332, 353, 379, 504,506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation against the petitioner is that the petitioner being tempo driver along with another person assaulted the informant.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the allegation is general and omnibus in nature and the petitioner has been made accused on the basis of confessional statement of the co-accused.

Let the learned court below consider the prayer for

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53861 of 2015 (2) dt.27-11-2015 2/2 regular bail of the petitioner in case the petitioner surrenders within six weeks from today in connection with Patrakar Nagar P.S. Case No. 263 of 2015 pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Patna.

Accordingly application is disposed of.
