The petitioner is in custody since 10.07.2019 for the offence registered under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though there is allegation that the petitioner attacked on the head, injuries purported to have been found on the injured are simple in nature. It is further submitted that there is case and counter case between the parties with injuries sustained by both sides. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the
