This application has been filed for restoration of CWJC No. 12434 of 2014 to its original file insofar as it relates to respondent nos. 4 to 8 against whom the writ petition stands dismissed for non-compliance of the peremptory order passed on 07.10.2015.

Ms. Manisha Singh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the peremptory period under the order expired on 14.10.2015 for furnishing the requisites which though have been furnished after two days delay on 16.10.2015. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and for the reasons assigned in this application, the peremptory period granted under the order dated 07.10.2015 for furnishing the requisites is extended by further one week and as a consequence the writ

Patna High Court MJC No.3144 of 2015 (2) dt.09-12-2015 petition stands restored against the respondent nos. 4 to 8 as well. Office shall proceed for issuance of notice accordingly. This application is allowed.
