Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide Annexure-2 series to the application.

I find no fresh ground to reconsider the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioner in connection with Sessions Trial No. 175 of 2017 arising out of Itarhi P.S. Case No. 101 of 2016 is rejected.

From perusal of the report of the trial court, it transpires

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5384 of 2019(5) dt.17-07-2019 2/2 that the investigating officer only is to be examined on behalf of the prosecution.

The District Magistrate and the Superintendent of Police, Buxar are directed to ensure the production of I.O. on the date fixed by the trial court, so that, the trial could be concluded at the earliest, preferably, within three months from the date of receipt/production of copy of the order. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the District Magistrate and the Superintendent of Police, Buxar for needful.
