2. The petitioner seeks bail in Kopa P.S. Case No. 108 of 2024 registered under Sections-30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per allegation, there is recovery of 100 litres of illicit country-made liquor and a motorcycle bearing Reg. No. BR-04C-2568 from possession of the petitioner.

4. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. As a matter of fact, the motorcycle does not belong to the petitioner and this fact is very much clear from the fact that the petitioner has never claimed the seized motorcycle. The petitioner is in custody

5. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, specially the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Exclusive Excise Court No.-3, Saran at Chapra in connection with Kopa P.S. Case No. 108 of 2024 subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate with the trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
