This application under Article 227 of the Constitution is directed against the order dated 30.05.2013 passed in Title Suit No. 51 of 2008, whereby the Sub-Judge-IX, Muzaffarpur rejected the application dated 02.04.2013 filed by the plaintiff/petitioner to review the order dated 20.03.2013 whereby the prayer of the plaintiff was refused to appoint the Survey Knowing Commissioner.

On going through the impugned order, I do not find any illegality amounting to abuse of process of court for

Patna High Court CWJC No.12205 of 2013 (2) dt.27-09-2016 interference in extraordinary jurisdiction. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
