The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Nautan (Jagdishpur) P. S. Case No. 396 of 2017 registered under Sections 365, 376(G) and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 4/6 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012. Regard being had to the allegation made in the first information report that the petitioner and others had forcibly abducted a minor girl, who was subsequently ravished, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.
