Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-399, 402, 413, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections-25(i-B)A/26/35 of the Arms Act.

One loaded country-made pistol was recovered from possession of the petitioner, when the petitioner and others had assembled to make preparation for committing dacoity. The petitioner is in jail custody since 10-12-2015 and does not have any criminal antecedent.

Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
