2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act.
3. It is a case of cheque bounce.

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that dispute between the parties has been resolved and both the parties have amicably settled the dispute vide compromise dated 12.11.2022 and 08.02.2023 (Annexure-2 Series). Petitioners claim clean antecedent.
5. Learned counsel for the informant opposes the bail application and submits that some amount is still to be refunded by the accused persons.
6. Considering the fact the dispute has already been compromised between the parties, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Patna City in connection with Sultanganj P. S. Case No. 138 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
