1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.A. A writ in nature of Certiorari or any other appropriate writ/writs, order/orders for quashing the order dated 30.05.2023 passed in Anganbadi Appeal Case No. 38 of 2016 by the learned District Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari, whereby and whereunder dismissed the Appeal filed by the petitioner and confirmed the order of termination dated 31.12.2015 passed by the District Programme Officer, East Champaran, Motihari in Case No. 28 of 2015-16.

B. A writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ/writs, order/orders direction commanding the respondent for the following:

To reinstate the petitioner on the post of Anganbari Sahayika at Fulwar South Anganbari Centre No. 112 with back wages remuneration as the termination was made on the basis of erroneous ground and also without consideration if the material on record. II. To hold that the termination of the petitioner from the post of Anganbari Sahayika is bad in law and not sustainable in the eye of law."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
