The petitioners being the brother and brothers' wife of the husband of the victim apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. The accusation is of killing the sister of the informant after six years of marriage for non-fulfillment of dowry demand. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that accusation is omnibus and general against the entire in-laws family of the petitioner and the thrust of accusation is against the husband of the victim, who is in custody. Moreover, the petitioners claim to be separate from the husband of the victim.
