2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Sahebganj P.S. Case No. 557/2022, registered under sections 25(1-B)(a) and 26 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, a loaded country made pistol was recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no incriminating article was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. He has been falsely implicated in this case because of his antecedents. He is in custody since 29.11.2022 and chargesheet has been submitted in this case.

5. The prayer of the bail is opposed by learned APP for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the nature of allegation in the F.I.R., the petitioner being in custody for more than ten months since since 29.11.2022 and charge-sheet having been submitted in the case, the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail in connection with Sahebganj P.S. Case No. 557/2022, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Muzaffarpur.
