2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sugauli P.S. Case No. 269 of 2025 for the offences registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, there is recovery of 25 litre country made liquor from the Bansbari near the Railway line. It is alleged that the seized liquor was thrown by the petitioner while he was trying to flee away from there. Petitioner was apprehended on the spot.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case only on the basis of suspicion. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Recovery of illicit

5. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State opposes the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner.

Considering the submissions made on behalf of the parties and facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Judge Excise Court No. 1, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Sugauli P.S. Case No. 269 of 2025.
