2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the alleged offences under Sections 498(A)/34 IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of the D.P.Act registered in connection with Khirhar P.S. Case No. 43 of 2012.

3. It is submitted that the petitioners being the father-in-law and mother-in-law respectively of the informant, have been falsely implicated and there is no injury report or medical document to support the accusation of physical torture.

4. It is further stated that the petitioner himself had earlier filed a petition under Section 9 of Hindu Marriage Act and the matter was compromised, but later on OP No. 2 went away and is now said to have married with one Manoj Kumar Thakur.

5. Despite valid service of notice on the OP No. 2 she has neither entered appearance nor represented when the matter is called today.

6. In that view of the matter, the provisional bail granted to the petitioners by order dated 01.12.2014 pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani in connection with Khirhar P.S Case No. 43 of 2012 is hereby confirmed.
