Learned Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the First Information Report has been instituted by the informant on the instigation of others. He has also submitted that there was no demand of dowry at any point of time.

Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the informant has submitted that the informant does not have any objection if the petitioner is granted anticipatory bail.
