2. The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s):

"for issuance of an appropriate Writ/ Order or Direction, in the nature of a Writ of Certiorari or any other appropriate writ/order or direction for quashing the Order as contained in Letter No.1354 dated 06.04.2024 (Annexure P/8) and the consequential notice issued vide Memo No.275 dated 15.01.2025 (Annexure P/9);

Patna High Court CWJC No.13668 of 2025(2) dt.28-08-2025 2/3 the Petitioner further prays for a consequential writ/ order or direction, in the nature of a writ of Mandamus commanding the Respondents to consider and allow the mutation in the name of Petitioner with respect to Khata No.303 Khesra No.318 area 11 Decimals, strictly in accordance with Law."

3. Learned State counsel points out that the memo no. 275 dated 15.01.2025 issued by the respondent Additional Collector, Nalanda and the petitioner will have all the opportunity to appear and satisfy the concerned authority before the matter is taken to its logical conclusion

4. Learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that he shall be appearing before the concerned Authority who should look into the matter carefully before coming to a conclusion specially the resolution passed by the Revenue and Land Reform Department, Bihar, Patna no. 925 dated 11.11.2014 (Annexure-P/10).

5. Learned State counsel submits that each and every documents that will be filed by the parties shall be taken into account and a reasoned order will be passed.

6. In that background, the writ petition stands

Patna High Court CWJC No.13668 of 2025(2) dt.28-08-2025 3/3 disposed of allowing the petitioner to answer to the notice issued by the Additional Collector, Nalanda (respondent no.4) dated 15.01.2025 who shall be answering to each and every points raised by the petitioner and after hearing all the parities including the State respondents.

7. It is expected that the matter will be taken to its logical conclusion at an earliest preferably by 31.03.2026.

8. Any development that takes place in between shall be subject to the final outcome.
