JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 30-07-2019 The present writ petition has been filed for removal of encroachment made on the public road in the land bearing khata no. 411, plot no. 1226 area-0.08 dec. in Vill-Amana, PO-Majhaur, PS+Anchal- Sursand, Dist-Sitamarhi.

This Court is of the opinion that in case, the petitioner is so aggrieved, he is required to approach the concerned Circle Officer

Patna High Court CWJC No.24167 of 2018(2) dt.30-07-2019 2/2 for initiating proceedings under the provisions of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned Circle Officer.
