Petitioner is in custody in connection with Buniyadganj P.S. Case No. 121 of 2019 for the offence under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in the instant case total 50 liters of liquor has been seized. The petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 9.7.2019.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
