Taking into consideration that in huge quantity country made liquor and other apparatus for manufacturing country made liquor were recovered from the house of the petitioner, I am not inclined to release him on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Barauli P.S. Case no. 168/2015 pending in the court of Sri Amit Kumar Pandey, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Gopalganj/ concerned court stands rejected, at least, at this stage. shahid (Hemant Kumar Srivastava,J) U T
