JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 01-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Although, petitioner is said to have been caught by the police but according to prosecution case itself, nothing was recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 12.07.2015.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
