The petitioners are languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 15(c)/8(b)(c) of the N.D.P.S. Act, 1985.

Police found that cultivation of Opium is going on the referred plots. Allegation is that the petitioner was also involved in cultivation of the Opium.

Submission is that none of the plots is of the petitioner nor there is any material that the petitioner had cultivated the same. The petitioner has stated on oath that he has

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No.6 of 2019, arising out of Brahampur (Chakki) P.S. Case No.73 of 2019, with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below. (b) The petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
