3. Respondents have filed show-cause along with Annexure-E dated 12.10.2022 by which petitioner's grievance has been redressed in rejecting the claim.

4. Accordingly, the proceeding of present MJC - Contempt Petition No. 2045 of 2022 stands dropped reserving liberty to the petitioner to assail the order dated 12.10.2022 vide Annexure-E to the show-cause.
