2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 103(1), 3(5) and 351(2) of the B.N.S.

3. As per the prosecution case, on 27.02.2025 at 02:00 P.M., this petitioner along with co-accused took away the son of the informant towards orchard and assaulted him brutally with lathi, danda etc., then her son went to sleep in a hut. When informant went to give him food, she found her son dead. The deceased was last seen with the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Allegation of assault is general and omnibus. Petitioner

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that the petitioner was last seen with the deceased. Hence, he does not deserve the privilege of anticipatory bail.
