This is an application for grant of the following reliefs:

"I. To direct the respondents the respondents to install the High Electric Poles for connecting through wire of Jani Bigha Fidder must be run through road side way.

Patna High Court CWJC No.23572 of 2019(2) dt.28-11-2019 2/2 II. To restrain the respondents who are ready to cross the high voltage electric wire over the residential house in Nauranga Bhusunda Village in spite of place available through the road side way. III. To direct the respondents to protect the life of villagers of Nauranga Bhusunda from the dangerous keeping high voltage in Electric wire which is passing over the village.

IV. Any other relief/reliefs may be granted in the interest of villagers of Nauranga Bhusunda, Manpur, Gaya."

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition reserving liberty to approach the authorities concerned for redressal of his grievances. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
