Petitioner is said to have made attempt to outrage modesty of informant and he was caught by the villagers just after the alleged occurrence but it would appear that petitioner was produced before the court on 07-09-2015 and since then, he is languishing in jail custody without having any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Kanti P.S.
