2. The present application has been preferred for the following relief(s):

(i) for quashing the order dated 5.10.2018 passed by respondent No. 3 the Additional Collector, Supaul in land ceiling Case No. 109 of 1976/25 of 94-95(State Vs.

Vikram Prasad Singh) whereby objection dated 29.05.2008 filed by the petitioners has been rejected on the sole ground that the same has been filed after expiry of Statutory period for filing objection;

(ii) for further direction upon the respondent - 3 to reconsider the case of the petitioner in view of material brought on record by them by way of objection filed by them under Section 10(3) of Land Ceiling Act, 1961;

(iii) for further direction upon the respondent authorities not to disturb possession of the petitioner till disposal of this writ application and further to stay the further proceeding of Land Ceiling Case No.

109 of 1976/25 of 94-95( State Vs. Vikram Prasad Singh) pending in the Court of the Additional Collector, Supaul;
