2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

3. As per complaint case, complainant got married to one Narendra Tiwary on 20.06.2021 and thereafter, it is alleged that this petitioner along with other accused persons committed torture and harassment to the complainant due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry and ousted her from the matrimonial house.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. There is

Petitioner is sister-in-law (Jethani) of the complainant and is simply victim of over-implication. Petitioner is separate in mess and property and she is not concerned with the family affairs of the complainant. Thrust of accusation is against husband of the complainant. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State as well as learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposed the bail application.

6. Considering the nature of accusation and the fact that thrust of accusation is against husband of the complainant, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of her arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Complaint Case No. 1005 C of 2023 (TR. No. 54 of 2024), subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 (2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha
