(Contempt) Case No.977 of 2015 was disposed of vide order dated 29.04.2015 (Annexure 6) granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the authority concerned, if he still feels aggrieved.

It is contended that the petitioner had approached the Registrar of the University and vide Annexure 7 and 8 he has given calculation regarding amount which is still payable to the petitioner but nothing has been decided, however, that representation has not

Accordingly, this writ application is being disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the Registrar of the University, who will consider the case of the petitioner in accordance with law and take a decision within a period of three months from the date of filing of such representation along with a copy of this order. If some amount is found admissible to the petitioner then immediate steps for payment of the same should be taken and for the disputed amount, a reasoned order should be passed. Details of the calculation made should also be supplied to the petitioner.
