The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 11.2.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 6136 of 2016 to the extent that the father's name of petitioner no. 2 namely Arvind Mishra be read as Radha Kant Mishra instead of Ramakant Mishra. The said mistake perpetuated in the order since it was wrongly mentioned in the petition as well as in the Vakalatnama.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner has filed a fresh Vakalatnama depicting the name of petitioner as Arvind Mishra, son of Radhakant Mishra. In view of the above submissions, let the order dated 11.2.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 6136 of 2016 be modified

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11006 of 2016 (2) dt.16-03-2016 2/2 to the extent that father's name of petitioner no. 2 be read as Radhakant Mishra in place of Ramakant Mishra. Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to make necessary correction in the main petition as well as in the modification application.

Accordingly, the modification application is disposed of in connection with Barauni Rail P.s. Case No. 48 of 2012 (S.T. No. 387 of 2013) pending in the court of the learned Sessions Judge, Begusarai.
