JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 27-11-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 379, 327, 328, 346,347,504/34 of the I.P.C.

The prosecution case is that the accused persons including the petitioner kept confinement the informant by injecting medicine and snatched cash and other article. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the accusation is omnibus and general as the informant is on inimical term with him.

Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner in case the petitioner surrenders within six weeks from today in connection with Khizesarai P.S. Case No. 142 of 2011 pending in the court of learned Chief
