In this case, an interlocutory application, I.A. No. 4587 of 2012, has been filed by which certain persons, who are similarly situated to the writ petitioners, have made an identical prayer in the present case.
Patna High Court CWJC No.20229 of 2010 dt.27-11-2017 Let all the persons of interlocutory application should deposit necessary court fee within a period of two weeks from today, in failure to deposit the same, it will be treated that no order has been passed in their favour.
In the present case, the petitioners were appointed as Adult Education Supervisor and worked for three years, an association of the Non-Formal Education Supervisor approached this Court, the matter was finally decided by the Full Bench, the same was disposed of vide order dated 11.11.1994 and ultimately the matter went to the Hon'ble Apex Court, there also the issue was gone into, a direction was given to consider and take steps for regularization of the Non-Formal Education Supervisors.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that their cases are identical to the case of the persons who have approached to the Hon'ble Supreme court and should be given the same liberty to approach the authority concerned and they should also be given the same benefit as having been given to the other Non-Formal Education Supervisors.
Let the petitioners should file a representation to the Director, Mass Education, Government of Bihar, who will consider the case of the petitioners and if he arrives to a finding that the case of the present petitioners is identical to those who have approached to
Patna High Court CWJC No.20229 of 2010 dt.27-11-2017 the Hon'ble Apex Court, the same benefit will be extended to them also.
With the aforementioned observation and direction, this application is disposed of.
