Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Derni PS Case No.116/19 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioners are said to be order-giver and named in the FIR and the specific allegation of assault is against some other accused persons.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that there is case and counter case and no specific allegation of assault has been attributed against him.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56427 of 2019(3) dt.16-11-2019 2/2 Heard learned A.P.P. also.
Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM XII, Saran at Chapra in connection with Derni P.S.Case No.116 of 2019 subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438
(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
