JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 07-02-2019 Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner although admits that order of the Writ Court has been complied with and payment has been made to the petitioner but the same has not been supported by calculation chart.

Considering the fact that payment has been made in compliance of the direction of the Writ Court, the present proceeding is dropped and the application stands disposed of. However, it shall be the obligation of the University

Patna High Court MJC No.861 of 2016(6) dt.07-02-2019 2/2 to provide the calculation chart to the petitioner so that he can verify as to the mode of calculation of the amount paid to him and if any grievance still persists he may ventilate the same by filing a representation before the respondent authorities within a period of one month from the date of providing the calculation chart.
