JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-12-2018 The petitioner has a grievance that though he had participated in Annual Intermediate Examination (Science) held by Bihar School Examination Board in the year 2018, he has been wrongly shown absent and has been declared fail. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Board, on the basis of instruction, which he has received, submits that though the petitioner has been found to have appeared in the examination, on verification, his answer sheets have been evaluated but he has been declared fail.

The grievance of the petitioner, thus, stands redressed inasmuch as his result has been published. It will be open to the petitioner to apply for scrutiny of the answer sheets even if the
