2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 379, 188, 447, 406, 409, 420, 554 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per F.I.R., these two petitioners are alleged to have cut the crop from the land in question.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been made accused in this case at the instance of one Sushilkant Pandey. Admittedly, there is land dispute between Sushilkant Pandey and petitioner's side and as such, earlier also, mother of Sushilkand Pandey got a proceeding

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62597 of 2024(2) dt.21-09-2024 2/2 initiated against this petitioner under Section 144 Cr.P.C., which was converted into Section 145 Cr.P.C.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sasaram, Rohtas in connection with Nokha P.S. Case No. 218 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
