JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 01-12-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners being the parents of the husband of the victim are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is of killing the sister of the informant after ten years of the marriage.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that admittedly the informant is not the eye-witness to the occurrence and the impugned order also suggest that only on suspicion, the petitioners were roped in the present case. The petitioners claim to be separate from the husband of the victim.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or
