This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioners for modification of the order dated 05.09.2017 passed in Criminal Misc. No.21539 of 2017 by this Court with regard to extend the period of surrender of the petitioners in the court below in connection with Sathi P.S. Case No.155 of 2016. It appears that vide order dated 05.09.2017 passed in Criminal Misc. No.21539 of 2017 by this Court, the petitioners, above named, were directed to be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51227 of 2017 (2) dt.15-11-2017 2/2 period of four weeks from the date of the aforesaid order, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the ACJMVII, Bettiah, West Champaran, in connection with Sathi P.S. Case No.155 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of the Criminal Procedure but they could not surrender before the court below in connection with the aforesaid case within time.
Let the period of surrender of the petitioners, above named, in the court below in connection with Sathi P.S. Case No.155 of 2016 be further extended for a period of four weeks from today.
With the aforesaid modification in the order dated 05.09.2017 passed in Criminal Misc. No.21539 of 2017 by this Court, this application stands disposed of.
