The petitioner prays for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Ghorasahan P. S. Case No. 353 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner is said to be involved in the killing of the deceased. He has also a criminal antecedent. In the opinion of this Court, this is not a fit case of grant of anticipatory bail. It is, accordingly, dismissed. (Sandeep Kumar, J) shakir/- U
