2. The present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondent authority to dispose off Case No.9/2009-10 pending in the Court of Land Reforms Authority, Dhamdhaha.

3. Learned Counsel for the State submits that from Annexure-1, it transpires that the said Case No. 9/2009-10 has been disposed off vide order dated 15.12.2017.
