2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Tekari (Panchanpur) P.S. Case No. 23 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 304(B), 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is a husband of the deceased and he is accused of killing his wife for demand of dowry. He has two small children aged about 2 and 4 years.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 20.04.2023.
5. Considering the fact that the petitioner is a father of two small children and they have already lost their mother, therefore, this application for regular bail is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-VI, Gaya in connection with Tekari (Panchanpur) P.S. Case No. 23 of 2022.
7. The petitioner will cooperate in the proceeding of the court below. In the event of failure to appear on two consecutive dates, the court below will be at liberty to pass appropriate order including cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.
8. The petitioner will give an undertaking in the Court below that he will look after his children properly. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Guddu/- U T
