The petitioners, namely, Ravindra Kumar and Awadhesh Prasad, are in custody in Bagha (Patkhauli) P.S. Case No. 411 of 2015 under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 472, 120-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the these petitioners is that they were selected as Constable, but at the time of verification, it was found that the answer sheet of these two petitioners were not written by them and petitioner No.1 admitted that on his behalf, some other person has written his answer sheet in the examination.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55711 of 2015 (2) dt.16-12-2015 Petitioners are in custody since 09.10.2015.

Considering the above fact and circumstances of the this case, I direct both the petitioner, named above, to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand Rupees) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Bagha, West Champaran in connection with Bagha (Patkhauli) P.S.
