Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 25 (I-b)A, 26 of the Arms Act as well as section 17 of the CLA Act. One single barrel gun without any cartridge is said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 5.5.2015. The contention on behalf of the petitioner is that prior to year 2005 petitioner was made accused in four cases but after that no case was lodged against the petitioner and, as a matter of fact, petitioner was leading a peaceful life along with a widow but police implicated the petitioner in this false case. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like
