The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Siswan (Chainpur O. P.) P. S. Case No. 41 of 2015 registered under Sections 461, 379, 411 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the recovery of huge quantity of stolen articles (mobile phone and charger) from the possession of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant him bail. Accordingly, the application for bail is rejected. The Court below is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible, preferably within nine months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this
