Considering the merits of the case, provisional anticipatory bail granted to the Petitioner by order dated 24.04.2014 is, hereby, confirmed in connection with Complaint Case No. 2028(C) of 2010 (Tr. No. 2835 of 2011) pending before the Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Arrah on the same terms as well as subject to the condition that the Petitioner will be well represented on each date and if he fails to do so on two consecutive dates, his bail will be liable to be cancelled.
