2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366-A/34 of the Indian Penal Code
3. It is alleged that this petitioner with the help of coaccused persons, enticed away the daughter of informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. The victim in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C has not supported the prosecution case and has stated that she was in love with the petitioner. She has not alleged anything wrong

5. Considering the facts aforesaid and the statement of victim under Section 164 Cr.P.C., let the above-named petitioner, in the event of his arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned District & Additional Sessions Judge-VI-cum-Special Judge, POCSO Act, Kaimur at Bhabhua in connection with Mohania P.S.
