Two live cartridges and one mobile phone are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner when petitioner and other accused had assembled to make preparation of committing dacoity. The petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 17-08-2015.

Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Bakhtiarpur (Patna) G.R.P.
