By way of the instant writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for to issue directions to the respondent concerned to remove the encroachment made by the private respondent nos. 8 to 11 on the land of the petitioner as well as the land of 'Keshre Hind'.

Several disputed facts relating to right, title and possession have been raised by the petitioner in the present writ petition.

In my considered opinion, a suit and not a writ is an appropriate remedy for declaration of right, title, possession, demolition or removal of any structure from any land. 5.
