JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 28-01-2021 The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that except 10 per cent balance amount of pension and full amount of gratuity, all the other retiral dues have already stood paid to the petitioner herein.

Patna High Court CWJC No.17519 of 2019(8) dt.28-01-2021 2/2 Prasad (GP-13), submits that the matter has been sorted out and the NOC has also been issued to the petitioner, as such, the balance amount of 10 per cent pension and 100 per cent gratuity amount will definitely be paid to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from today.
Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondents to pay the balance amount of 10 per cent pension and 100 per cent amount of gratuity to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from today, failing which, the Principal Secretary, Health Department, Bihar, Patna, the District Magistrate, West Champaran, Bettiah and the Civil Surgeoncum-Chief Medical Officer, West Champaran, Bettiah, shall not draw their respective salary.
