Petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Lalganj P.S.Case No. 125 of 2017 registered for offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 448, 341, 323, 307, 302 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
In the nature of allegation where there are altogether nine F.I.R. named accused persons including the petitioner who are stated to have assembled at the place of occurrence and indulged in fighting and in course of which one of them caused head injury to the mother of the informant, which proved fatal, causing her death, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
