JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 18-09-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- 1."(i)For issuance of an appropriate writ/writs in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the respondents to remove the encroachment made over Govt. drain, situated at village Athari, ward No. 9 and Ward No. 12, appertaining to Khata No 2151, Khesra No. 3202, which has been encroached by the muscle men of
Patna High Court CWJC No.13432 of 2024(2) dt.18-09-2024 2/2 the village, resulting in the spread of drain water/ rain water in the village, which is badly effecting the life of more than hundred houses.
(ii) For issuance of an appropriate writ for a direction to the respondents to dispose off the public representation filed for removing encroachment made over the public 'Nala'."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks not to press the present writ petition, however seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach the respondent-authorities for redressal of their aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
